Candidates must have strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills. Job Goal: To provide social work services to eligible students and their families in multiple school buildings to eliminate or reduce non-academic barriers to students’ academic achievement. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Social Work, School Social Work specialization preferred Social Work license issued by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist Board (LSW or LISW) Ohio Department of Education and Workforce Pupil Services license as a School Social Worker (preferred) and/or registration Experience and knowledge of current trends in social work and successful experience in public schools preferred Any additional qualifications, training or other credentials, as determined by the Board of Education Application Process Complete an online application and upload a resume and any other credentials pertinent to the position.
