Come be a part of this incredible and inclusive team at Invited!/ph3Job Summary/h3pAs an Outside Bartender, you are responsible for maintaining beverage control, ensuring accurate pouring, and serving of products, while keeping the bar area clean and organized. You will provide exceptional service that aligns with the clubs standards and meets or exceeds member expectations. You will consistently uphold the 3-steps of service at every opportunity to enhance the member and guest experience./ph3Reporting Structure/h3ulliReports to the Director of Food Beverage, Director of Beverage, Director of Restaurants, or Director of Banquets/li/ulh3Day to Day/h3ulliDeliver high standards of service as outlined in the FB service training program./liliAssist with the service of food and beverages to members and guests at the bar./liliKnow members names, greet them promptly, provide a warm and personalized experience./liliAccurately execute member and guest orders and requests in a timely manner./liliAddress and resolve member and guest complaints professionally, notifying management of issues and practicing effective service recovery./liliPrepare the bar area for service by setting up bottles, garnishes, glassware, and ice, ensuring all items are fully stocked and in place at the start of each shift./liliConsistently check the bar area for cleanliness and maintain an orderly and organized work area, including regular sanitizing./liliEnsure daily assignments and side work are complete to meet club standards, including restocking and refilling supplies./liliMaintain comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu, including daily features and specials that may not be on the menu./liliEnsure all liquor items are properly stocked, accurately poured, and responsibly managed to maintain beverage control./liliPossess and maintain clear knowledge of all liquors, beers, and wines available at the club./liliSupport fellow employees and contribute to a positive team environment. Be proactive in assisting members and guests ensuring delivery of the 3-steps of service./liliComplete additional duties as assigned by management./liliStay aware of and actively participate in team efforts, providing support wherever needed./liliEnsure all daily assignments and side work are completed to meet club standards./li/ulh3Additional Duties/h3ulliDue to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management./liliFollow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions./liliMaintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff./liliFollow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same./liliTake the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role./liliAddress and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations./liliAttend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities to stay informed and contribute to the teams success./liliWear a clean, neat uniform that meets club standards./li/ulh3About You/h3ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent./liliCertification in alcohol and food safety awareness./liliPrevious experience in Food Beverage service./liliExcellent communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately./liliStrong commitment to maintaining the highest ethical work standards./liliComfortable working in both indoor and occasional outdoor environments./liliBasic bar and wine knowledge, including but not limited to various cocktails and wine varietals./liliAbility to properly open a bottle of wine with a wine tool./li/ulh3Physical Requirements/h3ulliMust be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods./liliAbility to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases./liliCapable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required./liliAble to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally./liliEffective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity./li/ulh3Primary Tools/Equipment/h3ulliTrays (2 - 60 lbs.)/liliPOS System/liliBottle Opener/liliWine Tool/liliBlender/liliBar Dishwasher/li/ulh3Work Schedule/h3ulliAttendance requirements for this position as outlined on the weekly schedule./liliAdditional hours are required to meet deadlines of the position, including weekends and/or holidays./li/ulpWhat We Offer/ppWe believe in taking care of our team, and our Total Rewards package reflects that commitment.
