Office Professional III Multi Program

The LPS Federal Programs department is seeking an Office Professional to provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support for multiple district programs. This vital role directly supports the Title I-C, McKinney-Vento (MKV), Youth Development Team (YDT), Indian Education, and Bilingual Liaison programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and word processing skills, with a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and collaborate effectively within a team. Because the Federal Programs department serves a diverse community, a successful applicant must be skilled at working positively and inclusively with staff and families from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds.

Essential Functions/Skills:

• Regular, dependable, in person attendance is an essential function of this position.
• Knowledge and proper execution of district policies and procedures. Knowledge of programs, departments or locations served.
• Communication/Language Skills: Possess and demonstrate effective oral, written and listening skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret various documents.
• Reasoning Skills: Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in various forms. Make decisions in a timely manner, utilizing input from others as appropriate.
• Human Relations Skills: Establish and maintain effective, professional working relationships with employees, students and community while maintaining the appropriate level of confidentiality.
• Computer Skills: Knowledge of computer systems including but not limited to time and attendance system, information systems (student and/or financial as appropriate) and the policies/regulations associated with such usage. Ability to use the following programs: MS Word and Excel.

$24.29/hr is the hourly pay rate for this position.
