Job Overview A law firm seeks a Family Law Attorney in Bend, OR. The firm is dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services through teamwork and innovative strategies. Candidates with 0-2 years of experience or those scheduled for the Oregon State Bar Exam are encouraged to apply. Duties Conduct legal research and analysis related to family law cases. Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs. Represent clients in court proceedings. Provide legal advice and guidance on family law matters. Collaborate with colleagues on complex family law cases. Requirements 0-2 years of experience in family law or scheduled for the Oregon State Bar Exam. Strong analytical and research skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the Oregon State Bar or scheduled for the exam. Skills Proficiency in legal research and writing. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
