Staff Optical Design Engineer — Photonics for AI Hardware

Neurophos in Austin, TX seeks a Staff Optical Design Engineer to own the optical architecture of the OPU’s free-space path from concept to production. You will design, simulate, and optimize complex optical systems, collaborating with mechanical, photonics, electrical, and systems teams. Required: 5+ years in optical design, imaging optics expertise, aberration theory, and proficiency with Zemax/LightTools;Python skills are a plus.
