Job Description:
A Busser serves guests by setting tables; placing and replacing silverware; clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and environment. Bussers will help bring food out to a table, restock utensils, napkins and other dining room needs. Maintaining a high level of cleanliness within the dining room.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils; being alert to guest spills or other special needs
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware and dishware
- Clean, sanitize and reset tables after guests leave
- Maintain health and safety regulations at all dining areas
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
- High energy levels
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Available to work various shifts
Essential Job Functions and Work Environment:
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift.
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift.
- In addition to the essential job duties stated above, the ability to interact effectively with others, including guests and co-workers, are essential functions of the job.
