Active Alabama Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start. Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred. Experience with common SNF documentation, Medicare skilled criteria, and restorative care preferred. Ability to manage caseloads and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams in long‑term care environments. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility Shift Name: Days Shift Details: Days 0800-1630 Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Meal Break: 30 minutes Schedule: 5x8 (five days per week, eight‑hour shifts) Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 35 hours Location Highlights Decatur, AL offers access to both urban amenities and outdoor recreation.
