Job Description Position Summary:
We have an opportunity for an experienced Process Technician, with expertise in setting up and adjusting injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance, molding parts that meet precise specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and a deep understanding of injection molding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up, start, and fine-tune injection molding machines for optimal cycle time and processes.
• Make machine-adjustments as needed to improve performance.
• Minimize scrap.
• Work closely with the production and quality associates.
• Document setup parameters and maintain accurate production records.
• Reduce downtime.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards at all times.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a Process Technician in injection molding.
• Knowledge of injection molding machines, tooling, and processing parameters.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or training in injection molding a plus. Must be eligible to work in the United States without restriction and without the need for current or future sponsorship.
