Job Description The ideal barista is motivated, outgoing and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day. Responsibilities Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards, while also delivering exceptional customer service. Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea and drink preparation and products. Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items. Qualifications Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and embraces a flexible schedule. Food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations. 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality is preferred. Pay Range $20.80 - $21.60 hourly.
