Elevate your impact in education by providing vital psychological support to students across K-12 levels in a dynamic school environment. This contract opportunity calls for a dedicated School Psychologist eager to collaborate onsite with educational professionals and help guide students' academic, social, and emotional development.

Your expertise will be utilized to perform Child Find activities and conduct special education evaluations, supporting a caseload that averages 8-10 cases at a time, with approximately 32 cases per year for full-time roles. You’ll primarily work with two schools, engaging with students of varying backgrounds and needs. There is flexibility to accommodate either full-time (37.5 hours per week) or part-time arrangements, as well as the possibility for short-term placements if a full academic year is not feasible.

Desired Qualifications:

• Hold an active Missouri Department of Education School Psychologist certification
• Experience or strong interest in serving K-12 populations, particularly within special education
• Solid understanding of Child Find procedures and special education evaluation processes
• Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads and efficiently complete evaluations
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Willingness to fulfill district-specific credentialing requirements, including fingerprinting and necessary documentation submission

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, score, and interpret psychological and academic assessments
• Prepare reports and communicate findings to educational teams and families
• Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
• Support Child Find initiatives, identifying and addressing students’ needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for comprehensive student support
