Senior Functional Analyst (Charlotte)

We’re looking for a Senior SAP Functional Analyst with strong SAP S/4HANA and OpenText VIM experience to join a large-scale enterprise transformation for a global organization in the foodservice/hospitality industry.

What You’ll Work On

• Configure and enhance OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) within SAP S/4HANA.
• Support ICC/BCC, OCR, invoice scanning/indexing, and Archive Center .
• Design and configure complex invoice approval workflows .
• Work with SAP AP processes, EDI, and Fiori-based VIM applications .
• Conduct fit/gap analysis and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Partner with SAP technical and functional teams across integrations.
• Support testing, UAT, cutover, defect resolution, and post-go-live activities.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of SAP functional consulting/configuration experience.
• 2–3+ years of SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Experience with 2+ OpenText VIM implementations .
• Hands-on experience with OpenText VIM, ICC/BCC, OCR, and Archive Center .
• Strong knowledge of SAP Accounts Payable and EDI .
• Experience with SAP Fiori , including VIM Fiori applications.
• Strong functional requirements, workflow, testing, and stakeholder-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and ability to work across business and technical teams.
