Position Overview The Medical Director, Hematology and Medical Oncology will serve as the clinical and strategic leader responsible for developing, launching, and growing VHC Health’s hematology and medical oncology program. Because this is a new and expanding service line, the organization seeks a physician leader with substantial experience in oncology program building, service-line growth, multidisciplinary care coordination, and operational leadership. This role is ideal for a physician who is energized by the opportunity to establish clinical infrastructure, recruit and mentor providers, standardize care pathways, and shape the future vision of oncology care delivery across the health system. The Medical Director will work closely with executive leadership, hospital administration, nursing, radiation oncology, surgical oncology, infusion services, pharmacy, pathology, and support services to create a high-quality, integrated cancer program focused on exceptional patient outcomes and experience. Education: Doctorate from accredited medical school is required. Experience: Five years of medical/surgical experience is required.
