It involves leading team members to meet customer needs through effective coaching, training, and operational management. The role emphasizes maintaining store standards, product knowledge, and adherence to retail procedures to drive performance. Success is measured by team achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The work directly influences customer experience and contributes to the overall financial and operational success of the retail location. Job Responsibilities: Lead and develop retail team members to achieve sales targets and deliver customer service excellence Coach and train staff on product knowledge, customer interaction, and store procedures to enhance team performance Manage store operations including visual merchandising, plan-o-gram compliance, and maintaining store environment standards Monitor and control store expenses, discounting, and credits to support financial objectives Oversee customer wait times and ensure customer needs are met through effective team coordination Stay current on products, services, and leadership practices to serve as an expert resource for the team Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma/GED (Required) 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Change Agility (Required) Change Management Coaching (Required) Coaching (Required) Coaching Conversations (Required) Communication (Required) Customer Engagement (Required) Customer Service (Required) Engaging People (Required) Escalation Resolution (Required) Leadership (Required) Performance Monitoring (Required) Product Knowledge (Required) Sales (Required) Sales Performance Coaching (Required) Talent Development (Required) Team Coaching (Required) At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No): No DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No): No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No): No Total Target Cash Pay Range: $57,600 - $100,900, inclusive of target incentives Base Pay Range: $43,200 - $75,675 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
