We invite you to be part of our dynamic team.* **Pay:** Starts at $20/hour + $4,000 sign on bonus* **Schedule & Shift:** Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 4:30AM-2:30PM or 4:45AM-2:45PM**THE DAY TO DAY...*** Safe operation of machine and tools* Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles* Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling outdoor power equipment* Perform any assembly-type functions using hand or power tools* Operates equipment needed to perform the job* Strict adherence to standard work* Assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals* Ability to problem solve effectively* Ability to communicate **THE QUALIFICATIONS...*** Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day* Must be able to use hands to position parts in place* Able to lift up to 35lbs at varying frequencies* Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment* Capable of adhering to Standard Work* Ability to work as part of a team* Desire for personal development and growthApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.## ***About AriensCo***Since 1933, the AriensCo name has been associated with reliable, durably crafted, high-performance outdoor power equipment.
