Our Maize clinic offers a diverse caseload, trusted physician referral relationships, flexible scheduling, and a supportive teaching environment. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
