Patient Recovery Nurse
Encompass Health
As a Patient Recovery Nurse at Encompass Health, you will deliver specialized nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital, focusing on safe recovery and functional independence. You will assess and monitor complex patients, administer medications and treatments, coordinate individualized care plans, and educate patients and families on recovery goals. Working closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary rehab team, you will promote evidence-based practices, ensure excellent clinical outcomes, and contribute to a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding work environment with clear opportunities for professional growth.
