Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Packaging Associate to join our dynamic manufacturing team. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of products in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Your energetic approach will help maintain high-quality output, streamline packaging processes, and support overall production goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where precision, safety, and teamwork are paramount.
Responsibilities
- Operate packaging machinery and industrial equipment with precision, adhering to established protocols and safety standards in production
- Handle materials carefully, including loading, unloading, and moving products
- Perform mechanical troubleshooting on packaging equipment to resolve issues quickly and minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality checks on packaged products to verify correct labeling, sealing, and overall presentation.
- Assist with materials handling tasks within the warehouse
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications
- Prior experience in manufacturing or a related industrial environment is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulations relevant to packaging operations.
- Hands-on experience with packaging processes, assembly lines, or warehouse operations is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments
- Excellent attention to detail coupled with good communication skills to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina for standing for extended periods, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks.
