We are seeking a full-time Software Engineer for an on-site role at our Cheyenne, WY location. The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions, with a focus on back-end web development and object-oriented programming. Responsibilities include reviewing requirements, writing clean and efficient code, debugging software, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality solutions. The role involves staying up to date with the latest industry trends and applying them to improve our development processes.

• Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Experience in Software Development, including programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar
• Ability to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and successfully implement them in a team setting
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
• Experience in cybersecurity or cloud technologies is a plus
