We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Project Management Manager to lead complex supply chain initiatives from planning through implementation.

This role will work closely with cross-functional teams across procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment to drive project execution, process improvements, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex supply chain projects from planning through completion
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, risks, and implementation plans
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Conduct project status meetings and communicate milestones, risks, and issues
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
• Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify risks and optimization opportunities
• Drive projects to successful completion and measurable results

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain project management
• Proven success leading and delivering complex projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working across procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional and diverse teams
• Proven ability to drive change and deliver measurable results

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred
• Experience with project management methodologies and continuous improvement
• Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization
• Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
