General Duties for Team Members, but Not Limited to:

• Interact with guests and team members in a friendly way
• Follow Smokey Mos processes accurately and efficiently
• Show up on time and in the correct uniform
• Maintain proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards
• Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on restaurants needs
• Be part of the Team and Have FUN!

Minimum Qualifications for Team Members

*All team members will need a food handlers' permit

*Cashiers will need a TABC certification

*Must be able to:

• stand for 8 hours
• multitask
• bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
• lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• follow instructions and perform duties accurately and efficiently
• have effective hearing for accurate communication
