Hospital/Clinic Address: 7171 Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, FL Hospital/Clinic Information: Advent Health Carrollwood Schedule: Wed‑Sat 4x10 hr or Tues‑Sat 5x8 (day shift) What You Will Get Competitive compensation with ability to earn additional weekend and holiday rates Local and national organization dues and license renewal reimbursement Structured mentoring and quarterly in‑person or online continuous education courses through MedBridge memberships Experience working with a diverse patient population in neuro, trauma, and ortho Paid Time Off (PTO) and either Sick Leave or Extended Illness Bank (EIB) accrual (dependent on state laws) Reimbursement for endurance race entry fees Your Responsibilities As An Inpatient Rehabilitation/Acute Care Physical Therapist Deliver evidence‑based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc) Qualifications Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program Current or pending state licensure Basic Life Support certification Compensation Pay Range: $74,000 - $105,000 (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position) A Mission That Moves Us At PT Solutions, we are a team united by a shared purpose: expanding access to transformative care.
