College Work-Study Clerical Assistant - Business/Information Technology

Perform various clerical duties in support of full-time staff and the department. Now hiring for the Fall 2026 semester. All applicants must meet the following criteria or will be marked 'disqualified': A current student at Macomb Community College taking at least 6 credit hours. Currently have a work‑study award given by Financial Aid. Job Responsibilities: General clerical duties including typing, filing, answering phones, photocopying, and faxing. May distribute mail and prepare mailings. Pick up and deliver items from various departments around campus, as necessary. Greet and properly direct students and staff. Stock office supplies. Assist with department forms. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of the position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
