RESUMEN DEL PUESTO

Contribuir a la educación continua y capacitación del profesional de enfermería, reforzando valores, conductas, conocimientos, experiencias técnico-administrativos y docentes con conciencia humana y científica, a través de los más altos estándares de calidad en el cuidado y beneficio de los niños y sus familias con afecciones neuromusculares y secuelas de quemaduras.

Promueve la utilización de modelos innovadores en la atención del paciente para mantener la calidad de atención, supervisa y evalúa resultados.

Competente y con la capacidad para concertar cada una de sus intervenciones con otros profesionales que participan en programas de educación continúa con actitud de servicio, compromiso, excelencia y liderazgo.

APTITUDES : Competente para gestionar y coordinar programas de educación continua en base a necesidades de capacitación en procedimientos técnicos y administrativos en apego a normatividad vigente y estándares de calidad y seguridad para el paciente y familia.

FUNCIÓN : Administrativa, docente, de investigación y asistencial.

ACTIVIDADES : Interdependientes y dependientes.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO

Conocer y poner en práctica la misión Shriners, código de ética, valores fundamentales, manual del empleado y normatividad vigente que guíen su actuar y liderazgo. ------- 10%

Estructurar un plan anual de trabajo que solucione las necesidades reales de capacitación del personal de Enfermería con base en el Programa de Trabajo de la Dirección de Enfermería. ---- 20%

Coordinar la enseñanza continua y en servicio de las diferentes áreas que integran el Departamento de Enfermería con el propósito de mantenerlas actualizadas y lograr buenas prácticas. ----- 10%

Coordinar la elección, elaboración y presentación de casos clínicos, temas científicos y demostraciones seleccionadas que nos proporcionen fundamentos de buena práctica. ---- 10%

Colaborar con jefes y supervisoras en el seguimiento y soluciones de incidentes, eventos adversos, centinelas y cuasi fallas, promoviendo el pensamiento reflexivo, ético y humanitario. ---- 5%

Fomentar la asistencia a cursos extra muros de actualización y superación profesional a través de temas relacionados con la especialidad y tipo de atención que brinda el hospital. ---- 5%

Supervisión, dirección, control e informe mensual a la Dirección de Enfermería de los avances de las horas educación en servicio. --- 5%

Coordinar el programa docente de prácticas clínicas a estudiantes de enfermería de pregrado, gestionando los recursos humanos, físicos y materiales para el logro de sus objetivos de aprendizaje. --- 5%

Gestionar, administrar, optimizar y controlar con eficiencia los recursos humanos, equipo electro médico e instalaciones físicas asignados a la coordinación de enseñanza. -------- 5%

Participar en el proceso de solicitud de equipo capital y presupuesto operativo, realizar actualización de manuales de procedimientos técnicos-administrativos, en estricto cumplimiento de normatividad vigente en materia de secretaria de salud, medio ambiente, Secretaria del trabajo, estándares del consejo nacional de salud, etc. y en coordinación con el equipo de liderazgo en enfermería, supervisar en el personal operativo su cumplimiento. ---- 10%

Mantener actualización académica acorde a normatividad vigente emitidas por secretaria de salud, secretaria del medio ambiente y secretaria del trabajo, asesorara y participar en la elaboración de temas del programa anual de capacitación en enfermería, mantener acreditación por la AHA en BLS y ACLS, presentar como mínimo dos constancias de actualización al año. ----- 10%

Participar en reuniones de comités y subcomités intrahospitalarios, comunicando funciones, responsabilidades, actividades desempeñadas o acuerdos a dirección de enfermería y equipo de liderazgo. ------ 5%
