Job Summary:
An operating room technician position is available in Northampton, Massachusetts. This role involves providing peri-operative support in surgical procedures within the facility. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position requires working day shifts with a schedule of 8 hours, a minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 07/19/2026.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, successful completion of a surgical technology program from an approved school, certification in surgical technology, current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and experience with general surgery, orthopedic, and gynecologic procedures.
• Additional Information: Call requirements include one weekday per week from 5 pm to 7 am and one weekend day per month from 7 am to 7 am. Additional call may be required. Responsibilities include planning, preparing, and maintaining surgical instrumentation and the surgical field, as well as post-operative activities involving decontamination of rooms and instruments.
