Petroleum equipment, AST & UST tanks, regulatory knowledge required Demonstrate expertise in successful negotiations and persuasion of key decision-makers Proven ability to achieve sales goals Excellent interpersonal communication skills Work directly with the customer to communicate and drive Eaton's strategy, pricing, product offering, etc. Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners, executives and decision makers at all levels Responsible for ongoing training and coaching of sales staff Compile weekly sales reports Coordinate/manage all vendor trainings and Denver site visits in conjunction with D.M. Track sales staff annual sales goals Establish a new hire training program agenda in conjunction with D.M.
