Associate Consultant – Construction Recruitment Start here, go far. We are hiring an ambitious Associate Consultant to join our construction recruitment team in Houston. You will work directly alongside our VP, focusing on the Texas construction market and gaining hands‑on experience across the full recruitment process from day one. There is no corporate maze and no waiting years for an opportunity to progress. You will receive direct training, work on live searches and take on real responsibility as you develop into a full Consultant. Never worked in recruitment before? That is not a problem. Many of our most successful people joined the industry without previous recruitment experience. We can teach recruitment, but you need to bring the ambition, work ethic and drive to succeed.
