LPN Medication Nurse

Role: LPN Medication Nurse Provide resident-centered medication administration and nursing care in an assisted living and memory care setting. Safely administer medications, monitor resident responses, and perform basic nursing assessments. Document care accurately in compliance with regulations and company standards. Collaborate with nurses, physicians, residents, and families to develop and support personalized care plans. Promote dignity, independence, and uphold infection control and safety practices.
