Global Team Staffing is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is responsible for generating new business by selling commercial janitorial and cleaning services to offices, medical facilities, industrial buildings, schools, retail locations, and other commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and prospecting.
• Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with potential clients.
• Prepare and present janitorial service proposals and pricing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Follow up on leads and close new business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure excellent customer service after the sale.

Qualifications:

• Previous outside sales or business-to-business (B2B) sales experience preferred.
• Janitorial, facilities management, or commercial cleaning sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
