ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, where I developed a passion for helping customers and building lasting relationships. Being involved in our community is important to me. I'm an active member of Rotary, serve as a Chamber Ambassador, and support Main Street Sylva. Building relationships and giving back are core values of both my agency and my family. Patricia Bryson-Wink - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
