With a strong focus on precision and innovation, the Marietta office delivers seamless, comprehensive services to clients throughout the state.Our Residential Land Development team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver impactful land development projects in the growing Georgia market. This role is responsible for overall project execution—ensuring alignment with client expectations, contract requirements, budgets, and schedules—while also mentoring team members and contributing to the continued expansion of our Marietta office.This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role in a high-growth region, working on meaningful projects that shape communities across the Southeast.What can you expect on a daily basis?Lead and mentor a dynamic group of technical professionals - engineers and technicians - to serve our clients wellPrepare proposals and client agreementsDevelop trusting professional relationships with clients, public agency officials and community leadersBe respectful of client timelines through effective coordination of project tasks, budgets, and schedulesChampion the professional development of each member of a project team according to each member’s individual goals and career pathLead and actively participate in the design, plan production and permitting for land development projectsParticipate in the development of company design and production standards to continue excellence within our technical expertiseBe open to new ways of accomplishing goalsSeek guidance from other leaders; be open to suggestions in various aspects of project managementGive back to our community by actively participating in professional associations and civic organizationsWhat qualifications are needed and key to this role?Bachelor of Science degree in Civil engineeringProfessional Engineer (P.E.) designation in the state of Florida10 years' experience managing substantial projects from conception to completion including estimating costs of technical tasks in land development.
