We’re looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Human Resources team and help us attract the people who will support Aegis’s continued growth.In this role, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting across a diverse organization, recruiting for positions ranging from DOT Drivers, Lab Technicians, Chemists, Account Managers, Yard Helpers, and Forklift Operators to corporate functions.What You’ll DoManage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through interviews, offers, and pre-employment activities.Proactively source and engage qualified candidates and build pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruiting activity.Maintain accurate requisitions and candidate information within the ATS.Create compelling, accurate, and compliant job postings.Develop sourcing partnerships with universities, technical and trade schools, career fairs, industry organizations, and community partners.Help strengthen Aegis’s employer brand while delivering a positive candidate experience.Why You’ll Love Working HereAt Aegis, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
