Lead People. Build Teams. Grow a Business. Superior Wash Southeast is looking for an Operations Leader to help lead and grow our Birmingham operation. This is not a desk job. Our Operations Leaders work alongside their crews every day while developing people, ensuring exceptional service, and helping build winning teams. What You'll Do Perform commercial fleet washing alongside your crew (this is an "on-the-truck" position) Lead truck wash crews in the field each day Recruit, interview, hire, and train new team members Build a positive, high-performing team culture Ensure every scheduled job is completed safely, efficiently, and to Superior Wash Southeast standards Coach employees on safety, productivity, quality, and workmanship Conduct quality inspections Help maintain equipment, supplies, and company vehicles Communicate professionally with customers on-site Help resolve operational issues and keep crews moving Work under the Regional Manager to grow and expand the Birmingham operation Who We're Looking For Leads by example—not from behind a desk Holds a valid driver's license with a good driving record Holds people accountable while earning their respect Takes pride in developing others into future leaders Has excellent communication and organizational skills Is dependable, trustworthy, and driven to succeed Thrives in a fast-paced, physically active work environment Wants to build a long-term career, not just find another job Is willing to work every Saturday and Sunday (mandatory) and the hours necessary to support the operation Can lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Plus: Has experience leading crews in landscaping, construction, pressure washing, utilities, or similar field services.
