Director of Manufacturing

As a member of the leadership team, the Director of Manufacturing will lead our operations across multiple manufacturing plants and drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency. This role will oversee production teams, develop manufacturing strategies, and ensure operational goals align with the company's overall objectives. The Director of Manufacturing will be a hands-on leader who can build strong teams, improve processes, and maintain accountability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Pay: $170,000 per year Primary Responsibilities Lead daily manufacturing operations across production departments Develop and implement strategies to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance Coach and develop managers, supervisors, and production teams Skills and Requirements Minimum of 7-10 years of manufacturing leadership experience Experience overseeing managers, supervisors, and large production teams Strong understanding of production planning, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and performance management Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, operations management, business, or a related field preferred As part of our process, we give you the opportunity to demonstrate your unique, job-relevant strengths and characteristics in an objective and unbiased way.
