A pain management group in the San Diego, California area is seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our esteemed pain management practice in the San Diego, California area. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care under the supervision of physicians. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team, providing comprehensive medical services to a diverse patient population across various age groups and medical needs.Responsibilities:Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by supervising physicians, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care.Perform procedures such as ultrasound-guided injections, Botox administration, and other pain management techniques. Must have experience with this Provide health coaching and education to patients on preventive care, disease management, and wellness strategies.Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.Manage patient care responsibilities effectively, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery in an inpatient setting.Qualifications:Must have proficiency in Pain Management, Neurology, Orthopedic Surgery a plus.Strong knowledge of airway management techniques and medication administration protocols.Proven experience in pain management strategies and health coaching practices.Ability to work effectively in an inpatient setting with diverse patient populations.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Active California License (Required).Ability to commute to and work in San Diego, CA 92101 (Required).Willingness to relocate to San Diego, CA 92101 before starting work (Required).Benefits:Compensation: $150,000 – $190,000 annually, commensurate with experienceOpportunities for professional growth and advancement within the practice.Join our team and contribute to improving the lives of our patients through expert care and compassionate service.
