Senior Application Engineering Manager

What You Will Lead
- Direction and development of a technical team focused on next-generation adhesives solutions for top-tier electronics customers.

- Strategic planning for lab capabilities, including CapEx oversight and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Workflow prioritization, project coordination, technical reporting, and lab performance optimization.
- Compliance with safety, quality, and customer requirements across all engineering activities.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related scientific field.
- 10+ years working with adhesives, films, or tape technologies used in consumer electronics.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams of engineers or scientists.
