Infusion Registered Nurse

About This Role As a Home Infusion Nurse, you'll provide one-on-one, skilled clinical care to patients in their homes or in an ambulatory infusion suite. This role offers autonomy, a flexible schedule, and the opportunity to build meaningful connections with patients and caregivers while delivering life-changing therapies. Highlights Pay: $29 - $52/hour Location: Roseville, MN Schedule: Full Time, 35 hours per week Travel: Travel in Roseville, MN and Twin Cities metro areas What You'll Do Travel to patient homes and related sites using a personal or rental vehicle Provide safe and compliant infusion services in accordance with Optum Infusion Pharmacy policies Establish and maintain positive therapeutic relationships with patients and caregivers Assess patient suitability for home infusion therapy Obtain and maintain accurate patient medical histories and documentation Deliver skilled nursing care across a range of patient ages and conditions Establish, access, and maintain vascular devices Administer medications and monitor patient responses Communicate patient status and therapy response promptly with care team members Assist in staff orientation and training as a clinical educator Requirements Education Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota Experience One or more years of RN experience in a clinical setting supporting infusion or IV therapy Licenses & Certifications Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain prior to start Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits Paid Door-to-Door - Time and mileage fully compensated Mileage reimbursement in alignment with IRS Standard mileage rates Generous benefits including accruing paid time off (PTO) Monthly performance-based bonus opportunity Comprehensive training ensures confidence with every therapy before administering care About UnitedHealth Group UnitedHealth Group is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
