We're a close-knit, dedicated team of attorneys and staff who work hard to get the best possible results for our clients.
\n \nThe Role:
\n \nWe're seeking an Intake Specialist for our Tyler office. This is a critical role handling inquiries from potential new clients for our personal injury practice.
\n \nYou'll join a collaborative, highly experienced Intake Department — most team members have decades of experience in personal injury law, including former insurance adjusters and paralegals who've handled personal injury claims.
\n \nThis position has a defined growth path: the long-term plan is for the right person to grow into a leadership role in our New Client Department.
\n \nSchedule:
\n \nFull-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch.
\n \nWhat You Will Do:
\n
\n- \n
- Field inbound inquiries from potential new clients and gather the information attorneys need to evaluate a case \n
- Qualify leads against the firm's case criteria \n
- Guide callers through next steps with empathy and professionalism, often during a stressful moment in their lives \n
- Log and track inquiries accurately in the firm's intake system \n
- Work closely with attorneys and paralegals to hand off qualified cases smoothly \n
Qualifications:
\n \n- \n
- 5+ years of experience in a personal injury law firm strongly preferred \n
- Highly organized, proactive self-starter with exceptional customer service skills \n
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal \n
- Spanish-speaking ability preferred, not required \n
