Job Overview A law firm seeks a litigation associate in Chicago, IL, to represent non-profit organizations and commercial entities in civil litigation, class actions, employment disputes, and tort matters. Duties Appear in court for various proceedings. Develop strategies for discovery, trial, and dispositive motions. Conduct and defend depositions. Perform legal research and prepare briefs.
