Position Overview We are seeking an agile, self-motivated, and highly communicative Recruiter to drive full-lifecycle talent acquisition. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring leaders to develop integrated recruitment strategies, build robust talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and recommending qualified applicants based on targeted profiles. Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs, develop ongoing sourcing strategies, and negotiate competitive offers. Build and nurture talent communities by leveraging applicant tracking systems (ATS), online resources, and social media channels. Educate and influence hiring managers on diversity in the recruitment process and the competitive talent landscape. Communicate with candidates and hiring managers with a sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 3+ years of overall recruiting experience. Specialized Experience: Minimum of 1 year specifically recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs). Experience recruiting for Radiology or Allied Health roles is highly preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree (or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree). Technical Skills: Proficiency with HR systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). Knowledge: understanding of employment laws, hiring policies, and various selection processes. Soft Skills: Agile and flexible with consultative, proactive problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
