- Set up and install concrete forms for various construction projects.
- Set Points for from
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ensure all forms are secure and aligned to specifications.
- Pour concrete, ensuring a high-quality finish.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Inspect and troubleshoot formwork issues as they arise.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Proven experience as a concrete form setter.
- Form Assembly: Measure, cut, shape and assemble formwork for various concrete elements (cubs, sidewalk, streets, slabs)
- Set forms, ensuring they are aligned and at correct elevations, slops, based, plumb and squared, using tools like levels, measuring tape, string laser and grade pins.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Knowledge of safety practices in construction.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- MUST KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY SET POINTS
