Luma Dentistry - McCalla is seeking a Full-Time Associate Dentist to join our growing, multi-provider practice. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative team with exceptional clinical support, advanced technology, and a strong, established patient base.
Position Details
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Start Date: August 2026
- Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry, including:
- Comprehensive and periodic exams
- Composite restorations
- Crowns and bridges
- Simple and surgical extractions
- Bone grafting
- Dentures and partial dentures
- Treatment planning
- Emergency dental care
Endodontic experience is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Alabama dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Preferred: 3-5 years of clinical experience
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
- Passion for providing comprehensive, high-quality dental care
