The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. The focus will be on providing patient-centered care to improve functional independence. Duties include implementing occupational therapy treatment plans for short-term and long-term residents. Effective communication with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team is essential. The COTA must maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards. Documentation must be completed in accordance with facility standards. Candidates should possess strong documentation and time-management skills. A flexible and collaborative mindset is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates available for a Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday schedule. Participation in holiday coverage is required.
