Territory Sales Manager, Infrastructure Solutions

A growing organization in the infrastructure space is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to support continued expansion across the Minneapolis and broader Minnesota market. This role focuses on developing long-term relationships and supporting project-driven opportunities within civil, municipal, water, stormwater, and site infrastructure markets throughout the region.

This position offers autonomy, regional ownership, and the opportunity to work closely with engineers, municipalities, public agencies, contractors, and internal technical teams throughout the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with engineering firms, public agencies, municipalities, contractors, and industry partners across the Minneapolis and Minnesota market
• Support project opportunities from early planning and specification through construction and execution
• Participate in meetings, technical presentations, and site visits to support project development
• Collaborate with internal technical, estimating, and operations teams to ensure alignment and delivery
• Maintain an active pipeline and manage territory activity to support growth objectives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, engineering, project coordination, or business development within civil, municipal, water, stormwater, or infrastructure-related markets
• Comfortable operating in a relationship-driven, project-based sales environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles
• Highly self-directed with strong organization and follow-through
• Based in the Minneapolis area with flexibility for regional travel
