Your role is to warmly greet and seat members and guests, ensuring a seamless and positive start and finish to their visit. You will uphold the 3-steps of service by providing exceptional hospitality and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, you will keep the host area organized and assist with other tasks, such as member services representative duties, as needed to support the team./ppReporting Structure/pp Reports to the Food Beverage Director/ppDay-to-Day/pulliMaintain Invited service standards as outlined in the FB service training program./liliGreet members/guests by name, providing a warm and welcoming experience./liliSeat members/guests while ensuring high-quality service and attention to their needs./liliConverse with members/guests in a professional manner, staying calm under pressure./liliAssist service staff as needed, adhering to the Invited standards of service./liliEnsure the host podium is organized and close out the podium at the end of each shift./liliComplete daily assignments and side work to meet standards, including keeping work areas organized and sanitized, and stocking supplies./liliSupport employees and contribute to team efforts to deliver the 3-steps of service./liliNotify management of any members/guests complaints immediately and practice effective service recovery./liliHandle last-minute requests and changes from Members/Guests professionally/li/ulpAdditional Duties/pulliDue to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management./liliFollow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions./liliMaintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff./liliFollow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same./liliTake the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role./liliAddress and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations./liliAttend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities to stay informed and contribute to the teams success./liliWear a clean, neat uniform that meets club standards./li/ulpAbout You/ppPreferred/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent./liliPrevious experience in the service or hospitality industry is an advantage./liliExperience operating a multi-line telephone system./liliProven ability to handle sensitive member information with the highest level of confidentiality./liliStrong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately./li/ulpPhysical Requirements/pulliMust be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods./liliAbility to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases./liliCapable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required./liliAble to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally./liliEffective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity./li/ulpPrimary Tools/Equipment/pulliTelephone/Tablet/liliPOS System/liliFloor Chart/liliMenus/li/ulpWork Schedule/pulliAttendance requirements for this position as outlined on the weekly schedule./liliAdditional hours are required to meet deadlines of the position, including weekends and/or holidays./li/ulpInvited is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer/ppThe job posting outlines the general requirements for this position and is not a comprehensive list of duties, responsibilities, or requirements.
