Engaging Minds Autism Services is looking for passionate, driven, and compassionate Lead Board Certified Behavior Analysts!

The Lead BCBA assumes a pivotal role at Engaging Minds Autism Services, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in clinical oversight and supervision. Their responsibilities extend to providing essential leadership and guidance to Clinical staff members, thereby ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.

At Engaging Minds, we support not only the child but the entire family unit, tailoring our approach to each unique set of needs. We provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals diagnosed with autism and related developmental disorders. Our team is dedicated to meeting families where they are and walking alongside them through every stage of growth.

What You’ll Do:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Provide supervision and training to:
- Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- RRBTs (Supervision Student)
- BCBA/BCABAs
Maintain and support a reduced caseload
- Provide supervision to assigned clients
- Conduct parent trainings/meetings
- Complete oversight of program targets
- Conduct assessments with new clients
- Complete re-authorizations for assigned clients
- Create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
- Create Transition Plans
- Ensure high-quality data analysis and decision-making
- Complete minimum billable hours

Participate in and/or lead staff meetings
Assist with client and family onboarding
Uphold BACB standards and ethical, professional conduct

What We’re Looking For:

BCBA Certification (Required)
Indiana Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable
Maintain clean criminal background
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Dedication to upholding BACB Ethical Guidelines
Ongoing participation in continuing education
