Compensation: $175,000 – $275,000 + Bonus + Executive Benefits Package

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide strategic financial leadership for the organization
• Partner with executive leadership on business planning and decision‑making
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial planning
• Lead cash flow management, banking relationships, and capital planning
• Develop and enhance financial reporting and performance metrics
• Evaluate growth opportunities, investments, and potential acquisitions
• Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing finance team
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Drive operational efficiencies and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• CPA, MBA, or other advanced credentials preferred
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
• Experience partnering with executive teams and ownership groups
• Strong strategic planning and business analysis skills
• Proven success leading finance and accounting functions
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
