Position Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a rural outpatient primary care clinic in South Bend, WA. This is a 13 - week temporary assignment with the potential for extension based on facility needs. The LPN will work collaboratively with providers and clinic staff to deliver high - quality, patient - centered care within a community - focused clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient primary care setting
• Perform rooming, vital signs, medication administration, and injections per scope
• Assist providers with patient exams and minor procedures
• Document care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record
• Educate patients and support care coordination
• Comply with clinic policies, professional standards, and infection control practices

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse License
• One year experience as an LPN/LVN preferred
• One year experience in a clinic setting preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest X - ray if applicable
• Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Epic electronic medical record system
• Experience working in a rural healthcare environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
