As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will lead the charge in building and scaling complex, enterprise-grade technical systems. You will own the end-to-end execution of high-impact technical programs that power critical infrastructure and strategic initiatives for global customers. More details can be found at the following link What you’ll do Implement continuous improvements to the engineering organization and program management process. Share program/project process frameworks, tools and best practices that can be adopted throughout the organization. Help manage cross-functional strategic planning and business planning processes, lead conversations with key stakeholders to develop concepts for strategic initiatives and develop them into detailed program/project plans. Improve product development and delivery. Manage complex and large-scale projects across multiple teams, as well as cross-functional initiatives to estimate work efforts, define milestones and manage resources. Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to the upper management and project stakeholders. Understand technical implementation at the architectural level and propose technical alternatives. Enquire technical questions that clarify priorities and push the team to be highly effective. May telecommute. Basic Qualifications Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, or related field followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Defining effective KPIs and using them to assess program performance and identify issues; Managing multiple priorities, identifying risks and process gaps, and balancing engineering and product efficiency against operational overhead; Adjusting strategies to meet evolving project requirements and shifting business priorities; Project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and deliver complex technical projects on time and within budget; Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with program management tools such as Jira and Confluence; Building SaaS and distributed systems.
