Senior Manager, Compliance as a Service

A senior management role within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm, focusing on compliance services, leading client engagements, and contributing to the firm's growth and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage compliance as a service engagements for clients Develop and implement compliance strategies and frameworks Ensure clients adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards Oversee the assessment and improvement of clients' compliance programs Collaborate with clients to identify compliance risks and develop mitigation plans Provide guidance and expertise on compliance-related issues and best practices Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or related fields, with a focus on compliance as a service. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven expertise in compliance management, including understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Experience in managing or leading compliance teams or projects within a CPA or advisory firm environment. Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory requirements applicable to fast-growing industries. Ability to develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs and policies effectively. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams, and to present compliance findings clearly. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex compliance issues and provide strategic solutions. Experience with compliance technology tools and software relevant to risk advisory services. Physical ability to work in an office environment, including sitting for extended periods and using standard office equipment. Willingness to work in a flexible working environment, including remote and hybrid options, as required by the firm.
