Organize and coordinate marketing activities and events, both internal and external. Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels including, but not limited to advertising; logo ownership and use; social media, website, and online presence; marketing materials; and internal/external communications. Serve as the agency liaison to MyMichigan Health, coordinating and ensuring that MidMichigan Community Health Services marketing initiatives are appropriately aligned. Final approval for marketing and branding before public release. Requirements JOB REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of, and experience with data collection, entry, management, and interpretation. Excellent written and proofreading, verbal and listening skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and to project a positive image in presentations and public speaking. Possesses positive interpersonal and mediation skills. Detail oriented, highly organized and able to multi-task projects and demonstrated computer skills. Must have an ability to work well under pressure and within strict deadlines. Excellent retention, memory, and professional demeanor. Strong writing skills with specific experience in the areas of developing, implementing and maintaining policies, procedures and training in a healthcare environment. Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, working with both internal and external individuals and entities. Analytic and program management, leadership and team building. Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in related field required. Minimum of two years of professional work experience, including demonstrated ability to create and develop marketing media and resources.
